Quick Note to Paid Subscribers!
Hello, dear paid subscribers! You may have gotten notice that your paid subscription has ended. I had some logistical issues with transferring Stripe (the payment platform for subscriptions) from the US to the Netherlands. The only solution is to end subscriptions currently and add new ones to a new Stripe account for the Netherlands.
Your paid subscription will return to normal in the next few days for the allotted time you have left! Thank you for your patience as I navigate this unforeseen issue.
Update August 20th at 3:30 CET:
I have restored the time remaining on your subscriptions, but please keep in mind that when that time runs out, you will receive another unceremonious notice that your subscription has expired, and you will need to resubscribe using your credit card information.
I apologize for the extra step and confusion, but Stripe and Substack assured me that this was the best option, given that I needed to open a new account in the Netherlands in compliance with local laws.
Please let me know if you believe there are any errors on your account. I had to manually enter all of the time, so please let me know if there are any discrepancies.
